★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for motivation you’re definitely at the right place. The trainers at firefit will make sure you always walk out of there dripping and exhausted from your workout every session. Their whole goal in all this is to make you reach peaks you never thought you would ever reach. You always feel great and achieved walking out for there and goals are always met. If you are consistent and dedicated, you will see changes in your body in very little time. I definitely recommend it to anybody, young or old. Don’t forget their bootcamp sessions on Saturdays!!! Extreme but worth it.

Matt and Jonathan always give you a 100% and will make sure you never give up. You are always stronger than you think you are!

I have accomplished goals I never knew were possible thanks to my trainer ! The Saturday morning bootcamps put together by Jon, Matt and Henri are not only a fantastic workout, but make you feel like you're part of the Firefit family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been training weekly with Matt for the last 6 months and attending their bootcamp class. I have never felt better, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in thanks to both Matt and John. They are very supportive and always there to encourage and to help you get through their workouts of hell. No better trainers in Montreal than these two.

Great environment and amazing atmosphere. When you leave, you are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend.
