My experience in this clinic is good, and especially, Doctor Yasmina is very professional and patient, super nice. l will recommend her to my friends if needed.

Called at 8:00am for an appointment for my daughter and got one for 9:20am the same day. When I got there, she got screened right away and waited for a total of 5 minutes to see the doctor. Staff, nurse and doctor were all very nice. It was seamless.

I drove 1h30 in heavy traffic to get there (it was the only clinic with availabilities within 50km of my home), I arrived 10 minutes late, and they cancelled my appointment and told me to take another appointment for the next day. The waiting room was empty. I will never go again to this clinic and do not recommend it to anyone. Just go somewhere else.

The address on their site is wrong. they also sent me an appointment confirmation with the wrong unit number. Show up fir my appointment wait 10 minutes to see the receptionist to be told I have to go next door. Go next door and Dr. Danny Var cancelled my appointment because i was now late. Now there and no appointments available. Unbelievable how bad out health system is.

I’ve been going to this clinic for a year and always had very good experiences. My family doctor MD yassmina and my sons family doctor MD Nguyen very good and the nurses and secretaries as well. The only reason I gave a 3 star is because tonight I called and this young secretary (she told me she’s been there a couple months) told me I wasn’t able to take an appointment which I didn’t understand why, I asked to speak to another colleague and she refused and I asked to speak to a superior she told me there aren’t any. I asked her name and she said my name is “clinic mieux être” and laughed. She hung up on my face and I had to go in person with my sick child to get an appointment. Thank goodness when I arrived I fell on a super professional secretary, named Anastasia, she knew her job and gave me an appointment, and she didn’t understand why the other secretary refused to give me an appointment.

1. Arrived in advance but couldn't find the clinic. I tried to call and say I might be at the clinic a few minutes late since I have trouble finding the clinic, but I couldn't understand the menu well due to language barrier. 2. Main Problem I have. Staffs should be more accurate when they direct first-time patients to their rooms. The front desk told me to go "all the way to the back". I did exactly so and arrived at another waiting room. Turns out I went way too far back and it wasn't the right place. This mistake caused me not able to hear them calling my name so I arrived 25 mins late to my appointment. 3. The people working here have ok attitude. If you are a first-timer like I was, just keep asking them questions till you have absolutely no confusion. The staffs were a bit impatient when they found me waiting at the wrong area. I know they didn't mean to make this happen and I understand where this impatient came from. But I was confused and resigned the whole time.

Front staff was great but the doctor (D.R.) didn’t at least attempt to have human connection at all. Everything was done hastily. Didn’t even have eye contact with us when talking. As soon as she finished checking at my kid’s ears and throat, her eyes were fixed in the computer up until we left the room. Quantity over quality. Will never go back.

Mixed feelings. Overall very disappointed. Good: very short wait, friendly Dr and staff Bad: Totally dropped the ball, failed follow through/follow up. TLDR: Good clinic if your issue can be resolved in single visit. Don't hold your breath if you need support/care beyond that. Once you're out the door, as far as they are concerned you're not their problem anymore & you're on your own. Dr referred me to specialist and was told would get a call from CRDS within 10 days for consult. Couple of days later, feeling worse, called clinic to ask if Dr could change the priority with CRDS, pain was too much to wait 10 days. After an incredibly long wait to speak to someone, was told they wouldn't ask the dr, and that I could call CRDS myself if I wanted. Great, thanks! Obviously I don't have the authority to change priority myself but it was clear that nothing else was going to be done to help me, so I called anyway. Was advised their specialist downgraded priority, (description of problem by Dr was not accurate, incomplete and as a result made to appear completely benign) would now take up to 1yr for appointment. Awesome! Was told this info would be sent to clinic within 1hr and Dr could contest (add to description). Figured they'd see on my file that I'd called the clinic about priority with CRDS when they got notified of downgrade. Nope, figured wrong. This was a week ago, I never heard a single thing from clinic, I still have NO appointment and I'm still in pain. I Edit: I ended up calling the clinic. After a 25min wait, was told Dr didn't put any notes after the change of priority, which presumably means she did not object. Nothing can be done I was told to find an appointment myself. Honestly, I think I'll go elsewhere next time, thanks. The least they could have done is call me to advise me of the change. The only reason I already knew is because I had called CRDS myself. So basically the clinic 100% washes their hands of you.
