2 ans après l’installation, nous avons fait la demande d’une évaluation pour faire honorer la garantie (garantie de 10 ans). Il fut impossible d’avoir la visite d’un technicien à moins de défrayer 180$. Service après vente décevant.
We received good service. Experienced installers. Nice finish considering that we are installing new in a 1926 building.

2 years after installation, we requested an evaluation to honor the warranty (10-year warranty). It was impossible to have a visit from a technician unless it cost $180. Disappointing after-sales service.
