★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas très content, acheter une porte patio qui devait être "Heavy Duty" $2000 et garantie plusieurs année, 3 ans plus tard, les roulettes doivent être changés on me dit que c'est le cadrage qui est garantie ! Pas les roulettes $20 ch, Ensuite une porte d'entrée à $2000 le vitrail d'une des fenêtres à un peut descendu donc un défaut, on veut me chargé $200 de mains d'oeuvre pour réparer, lisez bien les petit caractères de votre garantie ! Franchement je suis déçu.
Pour moi plus de Isothermic !
Not very happy, buy a patio door which was to be "Heavy Duty" $ 2000 and guaranteed for several years, 3 years later, the rollers must be changed I am told that it is the framing that is guaranteed! Not the wheels $ 20 ch, Then a front door at $ 2000 the stained glass of one of the windows to one can go down so a defect, they want to charge me $ 200 of labor to repair, read the fine print of your warranty ! Frankly I am disappointed.

Avril 2022 : Les portes et fenêtres ont été installées au moment prévu et tout a été excellent. Les mesures étaient parfaites. On nous a bien guidé et informé sur les produits. L'équipe pour l'installation est très compétente et minutieuse, elle a nettoyé la place après les travaux. Produits de qualité. Nous sommes satisfaits à tout point de vue.

April 2022: The doors and windows were installed on time and everything was excellent. The measurements were perfect. We were well guided and informed about the products. The installation team is very competent and meticulous, they cleaned the place after the work. Quality products. We are satisfied in every way.
