★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will still your money smartly, they will come andinstall a door which is the less expensive one on the market, they will tell you OHHH sorry it's a mistake, and you will end up paying 4 to 5 times the prices. IN THEIR POCKET, they will play with your brain until you give UP telling you yes, it's on the way. Bunch of liars and thieves.

There was a sizing issue when the product was first delivered, but Futura found a solution with lightning speed. They ensured our project could be completed on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very disappointed by the service I received from this company. They installed my windows and 4 or 5 broke during installation. The installers even told me that I had to pay extra to add silicone around the windows!!! So my windows aren’t even sealed yet after 2 months!! I just can’t believe it. I waited for someone to call me to come replace them and after a month I decided to call. The installers never relayed the message to the company so they had no idea. I spoke to a woman who told me I was going to receive a call in 24-48 hrs. Nobody called me. When I called back thankfully my salesperson answered and apologized and said he was going to fix the situation. Again I was told that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment for the window replacement and nothing yet. I don’t know what to say. I spent 9000$ but I regret it. Pay a bit more and get better service and windows. pictures show cracked window sill and piece already coming apart.
