De plus, les installateurs de fenêtres sont irrespectueux, ils mettent la musique à tue-tête en installant les fenêtres même si les occupants de la maison sont occupés à travailler, et ils vont n'importe où dans la maison sans demander la permission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les installateurs ont bien répondu aux questions et bon renseignement sur les produits. Nous sommes très satisfait. Les 2 installateurs étaient polis et courtois. Nous devons faire remplacer 2 autres fenêtres aux printemps nous allons les contacter pour une nouvelle soumission.
The installers answered questions well and provided good product information. We are very satisfied. The 2 installers were polite and courteous. We need to replace 2 other windows in the spring we will contact them for a new submission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour l’installation je n’ai rien à dire de négatif. Ils ont brisé une petite vitre lors de l’installation mais c’était un accident. Par contre pour les rendez-vous d’installation. J’ai dû prendre plusieurs jours de congé et me faire annulé une visite à la dernière minute où le technicien arrive avec la mauvaise fenêtre ou pas les bonne moulures.
For the installation I have nothing to say negative. They broke a small window during the installation but it was an accident. By cons for the appointment of installation. I had to take several days off and get canceled a visit at the last minute when the technician arrives with the wrong window or not the good moldings.

De plus, selon Google il n'y a pas un représentant plus proche...Déception totale.
We asked for a quote and after two explanatory emails from us, we were sent to see a Fenlux representative closer to us without forcing us to give us contact details or other information ... Moreover, according to Google there is no not a closer representative ... Total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merci à toutes l'équipe nous avons de magnifique fenêtres! Le représentant nous a bien conseillé et l'installation c'est bien déroulé. Le délai a été long mais on nous avais avisé que les délais était plus long qu'à la normale. Nous allons commander le reste de nos portes et fenêtres pour l'année prochaine.
