J'ai découvert le monde gigantesque du Yoga qui englobe beaucoup plus que simplement le pratique d'asana. Les professeurs sont authentiques et passionnés. J'ai bien l'intention de poursuivre mon apprentissage auprès de l'académie en Soi. The formation "Foundation" was a magnificent experience. I met extraordinary people. I discovered the gigantic world of Yoga that encompasses much more than just the practice of asana. The teachers are authentic and passionate. I intend to continue my apprenticeship with the Academy in Self.

Autant au niveau de la richesse de l'enseignement, l'approche et les différents professeurs qui viennent donner leurs couleurs à la formation, l'horaire est parfait pour une mère qui travaille à temps plein comme moi! L'ouverture d'esprit et le soutient tout au cours de la formation, m'ont rassurée, soutenue et donner la confiance qui va au delà que d'apprendre à enseigner le yoga. Cette formation m'a apporté beaucoup et à plusieurs niveaux! Académie En Soi was and still is the ideal teaching model for my life. As much in terms of the richness of the teaching, the approach and the different teachers who come to give their colors to the training, the schedule is perfect for a mother who works full time like me! The openness and support throughout the training reassured me, supported and gave me confidence that goes beyond learning to teach yoga. This training brought me a lot and on several levels!

La formation technique est vraiment excellente mais tout ce qu'on y apprend va bien au-delà de l'aspect physique du yoga. Je pense que chaque personne de ma cohorte est sortie grandement enrichie en tant que personne par cette formation. Personnellement, cette formation m'a emmenée à voir la vie d'une plus belle façon, à être ouverte à tout pleins de perspectives et m'a tellement inspirée!! Ca m'a aussi donné envie d'apprendre toujours plus et de continuer d'approfondir mes connaissances du yoga et de ses spécialisations. Je recommande cette formation à tous, autant aux futurs profs de yoga qu'aux personnes qui souhaitent simplement grandir, apprendre et être entouré de belles personnes qui partagent si généreusement leur précieux savoir et leurs belles pensées. I loved the Aloha teacher training. The technical training is really excellent but everything you learn there goes far beyond the physical aspect of yoga. I think that each person in my cohort came out greatly enriched as a person by this training. Personally, this training took me to see life in a more beautiful way, to be open to all kinds of perspectives and inspired me so much !! It also made me want to learn more and continue to deepen my knowledge of yoga and its specializations. I recommend this training to everyone, both future yoga teachers and people who simply want to grow, learn and be surrounded by beautiful people who so generously share their precious knowledge and beautiful thoughts.

J'ai débuté cette formation avec l'intention d'approfondir le yoga personnellement. Le parcours m'a donné non seulement le goût d'enseigner afin de transmettre ce qu'est réellement le yoga dans son entièreté mais aussi de m'orienter dans la formation continue dans le futur. Ce fut une belle aventure qui se poursuit! The Foundation Training is a superb, rich, comprehensive and solid core training. I started this training with the intention of deepening yoga personally. The course not only gave me the taste to teach in order to convey what yoga really is in its entirety but also to orient myself in continuing education in the future. It was a great adventure that continues!

Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander la formation Fondation classique à toute personne voulant devenir professeur de yoga et/ou approfondir sa pratique personnelle, mais aussi toute personne voulant en apprendre davantage sur soi et comment vivre à son plein potentiel... car voilà le plus beau cadeau de cette formation! Le fait que la formation s'échelonne sur un an permet également d'approfondir les acquis en terme de compréhension de tous les aspects du yoga, de pratique d'enseignement mais aussi de laisser mijoter en soi les réflexions oh combien enrichissantes!
