Walked in one afternoon with my construction clothes turn Jean's etc.salesman took time to serve me I needed a estimate on the house I was working on salesman refused to come and see the house gave me an estimate off his head that price was good but didn't give them the job cause I don't like surprises afterwards will not recommend this company

This is an excerpt of an email I wrote to our salesperson after the installation: We are very happy with our new patio door. I wanted to write to you to tell you that I thought that your installation team was great. They were polite, not messy, took care to make sure that my kitchen wasn't damaged in the process, took time to explain the product to me, and answered my questions. We have had quite a bit of work done in and around the house lately and this is the first time that I don't have to call the company back to make an adjustment or fix a problem that should not have happened in the first place or to come back to finish the job properly. It is like a breath of fresh air and I just wanted to point that out to you. Thank you and thank you to your installation team.
