The purchase was quite complex (home with asbestos, non-conforming septic system, a renovation loan equal to 1/3 of the purchase price etc..)
While all these issues came up one after the other, Alex made sure to get the best available mortgage prices.
He also (which is the best part) made sure that we understood what each issue (asbestos etc..) meant in terms of mortgage options and how we could continue with our goal of buying our dream home.
He was there with us throughout the entire process and was always available to discuss with us (and oh how many times we called him!!).
Would recommend him to anyone.
