★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process was extremely easy and smooth, customer service was always there when you need them, very helpful, easy to reach. I changed 6 doors and 4 windows, looking great, it made a big difference. gorgeous products. Tony explained in detail everything to me so there were no surprises and everything was the way I wanted. I'm a happy customer and will use their services again and again. The installers worked fast, precise and very friendly and personable. I find when workers are in a good mood they make fewer mistakes and take attention to detail. So bottom line - great price, very smooth process. Thank you!

I had a few estimates, but Royalty was the only one who was able to help me with the style of the windows. Robert was very helpful. Thank you guys! Btw. Good job at the Salon D'Habitation. Very nice boutique. I will call you next year when I decide to do the front windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royalty Doors and Windows are very professional, arrived by 9 am and finished replacing 5 windows and patio doors by 11 am, they cleaned up after themselves and wore masks for covid protection, i love the look of the house, the windows are excellent quality. Their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend Royalty windows and their installations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with the installation of new windows and patio door at my house! The 3-people crew was very professional and polite, answering any questions. Work was done with attention to details - all 14 frames. They were all careful with the surroundings and protected the floor, furniture, equipment, etc. against dust. They even had to cut the tile around the bathroom window to make space for the new frame - they were prepared for it. At the end all was cleaned up, packed, and taken away. All work was finished within 8 hours. Excellent job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. They are a joke and scam artists. The owner and his assistant cannot stand behind their warranty and fix poor service and workmanship. I ordered a door with 3 barotins. It came with 2 at delivery. Then the top window’s molding was damaged by the workers. The factory interior molding was improperly installed. An to top everything the caulking was botched. This was in Feb 2020. 5 months ago they send their worker who only has 3 barotins for the outside and was not aware of the rest if the work. I am still waiting and they are as usual ignoring emails and calls. Tony i hope you read this well. I will keep coming after you till you fix this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I change all my house door and windows after get a super service from the rep in this store 3 years ago, I have previously change my patio door, so this is not change. Well, since the beginning I keep having condensation on all my windows and door , they told me it is normal with humidity. But I never have it on my patio door, and when touching the glass I do feel it much colder on Royalty's windows, door. I believe it just the isolation quality not comparable to other. Every winter I keep being upset seeing the condensation on every windows except my patio door around -10, at -20 those condensation become ice. So it came down to the quality of fabrication and isolation. So I would not recommend them
