Mon médecin de famille est en congé depuis au moins 2ans c'est très difficile de rentrer en contact avec d'autre médecin. Aucun professionnalisme, c'est désagréable Difficult to get in touch with the receptionists it's been more than 45 minutes I'm waiting and still no answer. My family doctor has been on leave for at least 2 years, it is very difficult to get in touch with another doctor. No professionalism, it's unpleasant

J'ai compris qu'ils ne le font pas, car c'est leur emploi, mais parce qu'ils sont passionnés à aider les gens. Merci beaucoup ! I have never had such good service in the medical field as there. The surgical team is wonderful, they put you at ease and are attentive. I understood that they don't because it's their job, but because they are passionate about helping people. Thank you so much !

As for customer service,no way to reach in the daytime to get an appointment,only from 4 pm and weekends it says. So be it... I called nine times after 4 and got the line at 6pm. Only to wait 2:59:59 to get litteraly hung up on... extremely aggravated and deceived.

Very poor customer service by the secretaries- waiting on the phone once for an hour only to be told to call back in two weeks, refusal to speak English or at least pass the phone to someone who speaks English. Honestly if it wasn't for my doctor who works there, Dr Ionita, who is gem, I would definitely not waste my time going there.

I was on hold for a long time when finally someone answered , I had questions about changing doctors as my doctor is no longer there , the girl was rude and simply hung up on me , they say tha they do not tolerate verbal abuse form the patients ....However !!!!! they have no respecct for the patients there ! I am disgusted !!!!!!!!!!!
