Comme tout le monde, jâai dĂ» visiter diffĂ©rentes cliniques dans ma vie selon mes besoins. Pour moi, la clinique mĂ©dicale Adoncour est de loin la mieux organisĂ©e. Que ce soit pour les r/v urgents ou non, simplement faire parvenir un courriel et selon la gravitĂ© on nous rappelle au plus tard dans les 24. En plus, ce qui est digne de mention, câest la gentillesse des secrĂ©taires mĂ©dicales qui nous parlent avec respect et empathie.
In 2014, I managed to get a pediatric doctor at the Adoncour medical clinic for my newly born daughter. Like everyone else, I have had to visit different clinics in my life as needed. For me, the Adoncour medical clinic is by far the best organized. Whether for urgent appointments or not, simply send an email and depending on the severity we will be called back within 24 at the latest. In addition, what is worth mentioning is the kindness of the medical secretaries who speak to us with respect and empathy.

â â â â â Aucun service, on ne rĂ©pond jamais au tĂ©lĂ©phone (20 fois en ligne et on me raccroche au bout de 5min pour finalement cesser la prise d'appel 1h avant l'heure prĂ©vu) Regardez, si vous dĂźtes que la prise d'appel est du lundi au jeudi de 8h30 Ă 11h45 et de 13h15 Ă 16h30, il faut pas cesser la prise d'appel Ă 15h!! Aucun professionalisme, les mĂ©decins prennent 1000 ans Ă rĂ©pondre au Fax et ce, seulement si on appel 25 fois par jour pendant 2 semaines. (ExagĂ©ration minime)
Trouver une autre clinique est sur ma liste de choses Ă faire.
No service, we never answer the phone (20 times online and I hang up after 5min to finally stop taking the call 1 hour before the scheduled time) Look, if you say that the call is due. Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., you must not stop taking calls at 3 p.m. !! No professionalism, doctors take 1000 years to answer the fax and this, only if we call 25 times a day for 2 weeks. (Minimal exaggeration)
Finding another clinic is on my to-do list.

â â â â â Impossible d'avoir la ligne pour prendre un rendez-vous pour mes enfants!!!! C'est incroyable! J'ai appelĂ© 20x de suite, rien. Soit que la ligne finit par ĂȘtre fermĂ©e, soit que c'est une panne ou alors ligne continuellement occupĂ©e!!. ExtrĂȘmement fĂąchant. Aucun sens de devoir prendre un rendez-vous avec Bonjour-SantĂ© quand j'ai supposĂ©ment des dossiers ouverts avec une pĂ©diatre Ă cette clinique... Toujours obligĂ© d'aller ailleurs
Impossible to have the line to make an appointment for my children !!!! It's incredible! I called 20x in a row, nothing. Either the line ends up being closed, or it's a failure or the line is continuously busy !!. Extremely annoying. No sense having to make an appointment with Bonjour-Santé when I supposedly have open files with a pediatrician at this clinic ... Always have to go elsewhere

â â â â â So incredible! I tried to call many times during their hours that they mentioned on the phone, but it has never been able to get the appointment. It always mentioned that the line is closed.
