Je comprends l'achaladange, mais je peux pas croire que c'est déjà complet lorsque j'appelle 1min avant et après l'heure indiquer pour s'inscrire. Le système semble brisé. Made 4 days in a row that I call following the instructions and it is always full. I understand the achaladange, but I can not believe that it is already full when I call 1min before and after the time indicated to register. The system seems broken.

Suite à une consultation avec le docteur Tuyet Phi Ta pour des migraines ophtalmiques, celle-ci m’envoie faire une IRM du cerveau . J'appelle pour savoir mes résultats d'IRM et la réceptionniste me dit que tout est beau selon leur médecin de garde mais qu'elle devait attendre que le docteur Tuyet Phi Ta regarde le rapport d'IRM. Je rappelle donc le lendemain, et changement de ton, j'ai 2 lésions frontales et je dois voir un neurologue. - Comment leur médecin de garde a t'il pu faire une telle erreur? - Comment une réceptionniste sans connaissance médicale peut-elle être habilité à donner ce type de résultat à un patient? - Pourquoi le docteur Tuyet Phi Ta ne prend même 5 minutes de son temps pour parler à son patient ? Bref, des erreurs et un grand manque de tact, je ne souhaite cela à personne. Only go for colds, gastros, simple things, not too complex. I call to know my MRI results and the receptionist tells me that everything is fine according to their doctor on call but that she had to wait for Dr. Tuyet Phi Ta to look at the MRI report. So I remember the next day, and change of tone, I have 2 frontal lesions and I have to see a neurologist. - How could their doctor on duty make such a mistake? - How can a receptionist without medical knowledge be empowered to give this type of result to a patient? - Why does Dr. Tuyet Phi Ta not even take 5 minutes of his time to talk to his patient? In short, mistakes and a great lack of tact, I do not wish that to anyone.

On te demande toutes tes informations, dont ton numero de telephone et carte d'assurance maladie, comme si c'était valable pour prendre rendez-vous mais apres 5 minutes a remplir cela tu te fait dire par la voix automatisé qu'il n'y a pas de PLACES!!!! Pourquoi donc ne pas le confirmer au début??? Pour frustré le piteux malade. Car au début, un soulagement, ah c'est facile ah c'est efficace! Et ensuite, désillusion complète. Système VOLONTAIREMENT désuet pour pousser a la libéralisation du système santé, qui ceci dit, ne sera pas plus valable ou humaniste avec de l'Argent frais dans le rouages, oh non, j'ai testé, 500$ pour un seul rendez vous avec une complète inconnue, pire que le casino, et c'est de vies qu'on parle. Le rendez-vous planifié la veille a eu lieu à l’heure exacte. Je suis épatée de cette clinique. Félicitations, votre système fonctionne très(très) bien! Les secrétaires sont très serviables et les médecins très professionnels. Après avoir essayé plusieurs cliniques sans rendez-vous, je conseille vraiment cette clinique. The telephone reservation service works really well. I barely had to wait 20 minutes when I got there. The secretaries are very helpful and the doctors very professional. After trying several walk-in clinics, I really recommend this clinic.

I ONLY PUT ON ONE STAR, .... I have a family doctor in this clinic and when I want an appointment no way to see him or get a damn appointment whatsoever via the phone or via Bonjour santé ..... Very disappointing ....... the worst thing is that we cannot even reach the secretariat in person !!!!
