 They saved my iMac! I spent 2 days with Apple trying to restart my iMac and in less than a day, it was repaired and functional. I also recommend it for repairing broken screens. Best prices in town.

Fin octobre 2020, j’y ai acheté un ordinateur usagé. En décembre, la batterie commençait à ralentir et vers la fin du mois, elle ne chargeait tout simplement plus. Pourtant à l’achat le vendeur m’a assuré que la batterie était dans un état presque neuf, donc aucun problème à signaler.
Début janvier, je me suis présentée en magasin pour ce problème. En plus de la batterie, je ne pouvais à peine faire bouger la souris à l’écran, impossible d’ouvrir une fenêtre, tout était très lent. Ils m’ont dit que je devrais PAYER pour faire installer une nouvelle batterie parce que celle-là était finie ou encore utiliser l’ordinateur SANS batterie et branché en tout temps, après à peine 2 mois d’utilisation. Après de longues discussions, ils ont finalement accepté de me la remplacer gratuitement. Arrivée chez moi, ça fonctionnait. Depuis hier, même histoire : je suis allée chez un détaillant autorisé Apple qui me dit que la batterie ne charge tout simplement pas. Elle n’est même pas reconnue par le système quand il fait les tests.
Je me suis vraiment fait avoir par eux. N’achetez surtout pas là. Ils s’arrangent pour que l’ordinateur fonctionne un ou deux mois mais après c’est fini. Et vous n’aurez plus de garantie à ce moment-là donc il faudra payer toujours plus!
Avoid at all costs!
At the end of October 2020, I bought a used computer there. By December, the battery was starting to slow down and towards the end of the month it just wasn't charging anymore. However upon purchase the seller assured me that the battery was in near new condition, so no issues to report.
At the beginning of January, I went to the store for this problem. Besides the battery, I could barely move the mouse on the screen, could not open a window, everything was very slow. They told me that I would have to PAY to have a new battery installed because it was finished or to use the computer WITHOUT the battery and plugged in all the time, after just 2 months of use. After long discussions, they finally agreed to replace her for free. When I got home, it worked. Same story as of yesterday: I went to an Apple Authorized Retailer who told me the battery just won't charge. It isn’t even recognized by the system when it does the tests.
I really fell for them. Don’t buy here. They arrange for the computer to run for a month or two, but after that it's over. And you will no longer have a guarantee at that point so you will have to pay more and more!

Surprise ......
they call you and tell you an excuse
Couldn't find part cant do it. Worst customer service. I didn't expect a good one anyway. Goodluck.

It's now been 5 years since I started buying my electronic devices (computers, cell phones and headphones) and fixing them with Tech Top and I can assure you I've never been as satisfied with the services as I am with them. The price is affordable and the person in charge is kind and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE - Returned defective merchandise after not even 24hrs of purchase. Asked for my money back. Owner said all sales where final. Conversation got heated. Owner made personal threats to me about being very careful about leaving bad reviews. Ended up giving me my money back once he had threatened to call the police multiple times. I remained very calm and demanded my rights as a consumer be respected. NEVER RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a computer at Tech Top for my daughter; however, it seemed that the sound system didn't work when we checked it at home.
I went back and complained, the owner was comprehensive and -unlike what some are saying about police threats- he offered me the choice between free Bluetooth headphones for the computer or a new one (at the same price of course)!
Hence, the customer service is exemplary and I would definitely recommend it! You definitely won't regret it!
