★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis une personne âgée handicaper je suis allé au magasin centre Laval pour faire réparer mon laptop 3 fois la même journée 1er fermé 2ie il ny a pas de thecnitien avant 2hrs 3ie il faut que je reste en ligne pour attendre mon tour je ne peux pas rester debout longtemps donc je fais quoi je suis retourné chez moi ils me disent d'appeler pour un rendez-vous ils ne repondent pas quel bon service pour les personnes âgées
I am a disabled elderly person I went to the center Laval store to have my laptop repaired 3 times the same day 1st closed 2ie there is no thecnitian before 2hrs 3ie I have to stay on the line to wait for my turn I can't stay up long so i do what i went home they tell me to call for an appointment they don't answer what good service for the elderly

Qeek squad service should not be taken. A real scam. 1 year and 2 months later I had a little problem and HOP. They take me out of hidden service fees to do my repair ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N'ACHÈTEZ JAMAIS DE LAPTOP CHEZ BEST BUY, c'est de la pourriture sur tous les niveaux. J'ai retourné ce que j'ai acheté deux fois. La deuxième fois ils ont changé la carte mère au complet, mais le problème est toujours là, et je vais le retourner une troisièmefois. En plus pas de remboursement, c'est à dire que vous êtes pris avec leur camelote et avec leur service pourri, médiocre et pas du toutprofessionnel.
NEVER BUY A LAPTOP AT BEST BUY, it's rotten on every level. I returned what I bought twice. The second time they changed the whole motherboard, but the problem is still there, and I will return it a third time. In addition, no refund, that is to say that you are caught with their junk and with their rotten service, mediocre and not at all professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very bad experience, the customer support giving false information, asked 4 times to talk to a supervisor after waiting 1 month over the time they told me, they said they will contact me in 2-3 days, after a month nobody ever called me and i had to call every week... i do not recommend using geeksquad warrenties...
