★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service everytime. Employees all seem to be teenagers that have no idea how to provide proper polite and useful service. They are more busy chit chatting between each other. They kept sending us left and right to find answers only to be told at the end that they didn't have the product in stock and to go online. The minimum would be to offer an alternative or to order it at the store/to check availability at other stores?! Also, they had sales price tags from the day before that weren't removed which is very misleading. You think you find a good deal and then you find out the sale ended yesterday. Really not happy, I'd rather pay more somewhere else and receive good service than go back to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is quite literally the WORST BEST BUY I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The service is dreadful and boy do I have a story for you. My friend walked in this store in hopes to buy an iPad for the amount of $1,300. They ended up charging him TWICE for ONE IPAD. He basically got scammed & they’re refusing to return him his money. This is literal consumer fraud & is punishable by several years in prison. I’m helping him find a lawyer to sue for 10x that amount + time in prison if they do not return the money within 1 month.
I’ll consider removing this review if they comply.
Otherwise they can expect a lawsuit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the worst service in history with the Best Buy Mobile team - the team of Khaled and all their untrained employees. I know more about their services than all of them combined... Wish the salary was worth it, I'd give them a training!
Two employees were on my account and made a mistake. So after wasting a few hours coming back a few times, it has been decided that the only option was to cancel the plan. I've waited for weeks to get the iPhone 12 to be asked to return it and without any alternative.
When I came back, the manager cancelled the line directly with Fido after waiting for 2 hours with the customer support. He didn't want to give me a refund on the activation fee which I kept negotiating until he refunded me... Few weeks later, I receive the bill from Fido : 1270$!!! They took back the phone, the bill is still there.
I'm writing this review while I've been transfered 3 times to the wrong department by the Fido customer support team (One employee even transfered me to Rogers before confirming she wouldn't do the same mistake of the other representative). This is the biggest mockery I have seen in the history of mankind.
Please don't deal with them, you will regret it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a laptop from another best buy and had moved to laval and my laptop started bugging alot and it was only 3 weeks from buying it and went to the store and had spoken to the team lead from what i know. He had told me first that i had to go back to vaudreuil dorion where i had bought the laptop and return it there like what it doesnt work like that i should be able to return it to any stores thats within the 30 days return policy. Worst experience of my life the disrespect that was shown by the team lead and his manager i wish i knew there names so i can write it but all ik is that one of them was a team lead and the other was the manager. I went to laval store 3 times so they and solve it but they kept telling me to go to vaudreuil dorion. So it was 35 days after I purchased it went to vaudreuil best buy told if im not mistaken karim the store leader and inder about my situation and they helped me by returning it. But I really hate this store because of this and i wish somthing gets done of this i forsure am not the only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, unhelpful, unforgettably bad experiences everytime I come to this location. I will never shop here again.
Gangs of employees literally standing around, talking, socializing, while I practically have to go tap on their shoulder for help. No one even bothered to help. Just shrugged at me. Told me they didn't know the answer to my question and didn't want to bother to ask anyone else for information. I have never seen such poor customer service. You've lost a long time customer. This best buy location has been on a very fast decline for years now since they were bought out or something, but now they're reaching the bottom. I highly suggest you avoid this location or even best buy as a company at this point. There's better out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday, April 09 - My cell phone decided to retire without notice therefore I had to buy a new one. I want to thank Jack for being so patient, courteous, helpful, kind and for all his excellent customer service!! He helped me chose my phone and set things up so I was ready when I returned home. I am sure there are many nice sales clerks at the store but Jack, YOU REALLY ACED EVERYTHING!!
I really have to say that I have always had great service in various departments of this Best Buy. Remember being patient and kind works both ways.
