Nous devrions considérer de conserver en captivité ces spécimens n'ayant absolument aucune conscience pour fins d'études scientifiques. Quebec consumers are not ready for professional scammers such as the staff and especially the owner of this cursed business. There is a DNA of fraud and dishonesty that is so deeply ingrained in their methods that it gives you goosebumps. We should consider keeping these absolutely unconscious specimens in captivity for scientific study.

He told me it was real leather but I'm not sure honestly... I feel so STUPID. I had a feeling that maybe he was not being honest but I wanted to believe he was. After reading all the comments I am so UPSET...

I went back to request the exchange and the owner wouldn't give it to me. He offered a gift certificate, but the entire point was to get my money back not to spend more of it at his store. No respect for his customer.
