La coiffeuse, bien qu'elle semblait gentille au début m'a offert l'un des pires services à la clienèle que j'ai eu. Premièrement, le lavage des cheveux était désagréable (bien que normalement c'est ma partie favorite), de l'eau et de la mousse tombaient sur le dos et l'eau était trop chaude. Deuxièmement, lorsque j'ai décrit ce que je voulais (la même coupe que j'ai depuis des année chez une autre coiffeuse) elle m'a dit qu'elle ne faisait pas ça. J'ai normalement une coupe très simple avec une séparation sur le côté et elle a dit qu'elle ne faisait pas cela. Elle a coupé mes cheveux avec une séparation au centre et donc mes cheveux ne sont pas égal et ce visiblement. Troisièment, lorsque j'ai rappelé pour voir si elle pouvait règler la situation puisque mes cheveux sont encore plus croche qu'hier... elle a été méprisante au téléphone. Je ne conseillerais à personne d'aller voir cette coiffeuse. Vous seriez mieux de vous couper les cheveux vous même. I had a catastrophic experience when I had my hair cut off. The hairdresser, although she seemed kind at first offered me one of the worst services to the clienèle I had. First, the washing of the hair was unpleasant (although normally it is my favorite part), water and foam fell on the back and the water was too hot. Secondly, when I described what I wanted (the same haircut I had for years at another hairdresser's) she told me she did not do that. I normally have a very simple cut with a side split and she said she did not do that. She cut my hair with a separation in the center and therefore my hair is not equal and this visibly. Third, when I called back to see if she could fix the situation since my hair is even crooked than yesterday ... she was contemptuous on the phone. I would not advise anyone to go see this hairdresser. You'd better cut your hair yourself.
