â â â â â Suite Ă la rĂ©novation d'un 2e Ă©tage complet, nous avons commandĂ© pour 9000$ de portes et fenĂȘtres chez magistral. Le tout commence avec 3 semaines de retard sur la livraisons ( assez standard chez magistral)
Plusieurs erreurs ont eu lieu, mauvaise ouverture de fenĂȘtre, mauvaise finition de porte et par dessus tout, nous avons des fenĂȘtres Ă battant qui n'ont pas la mĂȘme finition Ă gauche et Ă droite. Aucun retour d'appel du service Ă la clientĂšle et notre vendeur ne nous revient pas sur aucun sujet.
Pensez-y avant d'acheter des fenĂȘtres Ă une compagnie qui dĂ©pense autant en marketing et en publicitĂ© et qui Ă un service aprĂšs vente innexsitant.
Following the renovation of a 2nd complete floor, we ordered for $ 9000 of doors and windows at magistral. It all starts with 3 weeks delay on deliveries (pretty standard at magistral)
Several errors have occurred, bad window opening, poor door finish and above all we have casement windows that do not have the same finish left and right. No call back from customer service and our seller does not return to us on any subject.
Think about it before buying windows from a company that spends so much on marketing and advertising and on an inexpensive after sales service.

La rĂ©ponse garantie juste pour un an, honnĂȘtement pas normal la rĂ©ponse nous devons le refaire Ă tout les ans. Je regrette et ne d'avoir fait affaire avec eux
I changed my windows in 2017, communicated with customer service because the exterior caulk completely dry after not even 3 years is not normal. The answer guaranteed for just one year, honestly not normal the answer we have to do it again every year. I regret not having done business with them

The installers did a professional job from start to finish. They give us detailed explanations on the operation of the door and its maintenance, they cleaned everything cleanly.

â â â â â The thermos used in the windows were cheap. All went before the 10 year period. I had to redo the whole house. 28 thermos, all foggy inside. When I replaced them the company I used showed me the poor construction of the thermos. Cheap stuff.

â â â â â Terrible customer service, had a door and sidelight installed about 7 yrs ago was told at time it was guaranteed 10 yrs. During last cold spell glass on outside of sidelight cracked. we contacted them and although the person that answered the phone said this does happen more often than u think, we never received a call back, even tho we called back 3 times. We were planning on replacing our patio doors this year but there is no way in hell they will get my business
