★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 40$ on 12 donuts. Donuts were very small and nothing like the picture. Yes this is during the quarantine and quality can vary, but we were really disappointed for the price.
If this was during normal days i would give one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There needs to be a reason to walk a place like that - it can not be the chocolate or the nice girl at the counter.
It needs to be about Amazing Ice cream - the reason for being needs to be the ice cream and the fantastic cone.
Not the high prices - the overdone chocolate dip on an average cone.
It can't be 15$ for 2 cones - I can get at Costo with better ice cream in a much nicer waffle cone for $5 bucks.
The ice cream business is a volume business - dairy queen owns the market - they coupon us to death.
We go there because their reason for being is the ice cream - not their toppings - good ice cream and fare prices - yield volume business.
Do not run your ice cream business like a clothes boutique in a strip mall that no one walks into.
Good Luck will go back - but it needs to be about the ice cream not the chocolat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you ever walked in a business and you could tell the sole purpose of the business was to make ridiculous profit. Well come here and you feel that, the place it self feels like a graveyard, zero love inside and 8 dollars for a cup not even filled with ice cream but only spread around the cup once. The hard ice cream is horrible as well, doesnt even taste like ice cream, i doubt there is even any real dairy product in it. Seriously, owner, if you read this, just sell the place and move on. Because youre place of business is really really bad. Im sure you only get a minimum of foot traffic because of the name itself. Also everything looked like it was past its shelf life
