A	Anca Ostafoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went out of my way to review this place. People need to be aware of this place and not go there. It's a complete waste of time. Staff was very rude. There are signs on top of other signs to "guide" you to where you are supposed to go... so confusing. I waited in the wrong line up just to get attitude from the staff because apparently the sign was very clear where I was supposed to go if I got an appointment through Rendezvous santē. Even with an appointment, I was unable to see a doctor after waiting for 1 hour. The receptionist told me it was normal...

I have an infection in my gastrointestinal system and Dr.Maria Viera Pedro said my stomach pains that weren’t letting me sleep, were I quote “normal and unexplainable “ she gave me laxative to go to the bathroom and called it a day. Thank you for nothing. Didn’t even bother to hear my whole history of symptoms. If I could give 0 stars I would.
M	Moustafa Mosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Yannick Hector. Worst doctor I've seen in my life. She wanted to finish with me within a minutes. She didn't seem to be interested into my symptoms. I had to be straight forward with her in order to get what I want. When I told her why are you in a hurry like that she said she doesn't want to get Covid.
E	Ella M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. As I can see from other commenters, this clinic is still as bad as it ever was! The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. They are some of the most unethical medical staff I've ever come across! I once went there for a medical emergency and the physician placed a few patients in a room (I was confused as to why) and proceeded to give us our test results in front of each other! I was lucky that I was the last one to receive my results so nobody was in the room but I remember being extremely uncomfortable. I should've said something or filed a complaint but I was too young to understand that this is UNETHICAL behaviour.

The doctor was rude as if he is forced to work there. I saw people go to doctor’s office without their names being called. It is the worst clinic on Montreal island.
C	Cleo Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic that I have ever been to. I came to complete my immunization checking for college. The nurses were very unprofessional. They acted like they were in a rush, even it’s the time of my appointment. They didn’t look carefully at my file, they just rush through it to finish fast. I met a nurse, and the way she talk to me is like my case is not important so she didn’t want to do it. I have to get a vaccine, and it was the worst experience in my life, it’s lucky that I’m not scared of needle, but if it’s other people, they would faint already. The injection procedure was rushed through, it was very painful and I didn’t even get a bandage afterwards. NEVER EVER COME HERE PLEASE!
