When will my vacuum be shipped back to me? It’s been over 5 weeks!!! February 17th:Received phone call that my vacuum is repaired and I would receive it back by the end of the following week. March 6th:I followup by telephone and was told vacuum had not yet shipped and I would receive early the next week. March 9th:I followup by telephone and was told it will be delivered by the middle of the week. March 19th:I followup by telephone, vacuum not yet received. Given Canada Post Tracking number. March 20thTracking number shows “February 12th Electronic information submitted by shipper”. I contact Canada Post and they are waiting for shipper to schedule a pickup or drop off parcel at post office. When will my vacuum be shipped back to me?

So first and foremost, let me clear up a couple of things, i have worked for a part store for around 3 years and i have also automotive experience. I have ordered from them prior and afterwards and they always had unique products that were much more better than the one you get anywhere else. They truly care about their repairs and products. They deal with the MOST AMOUNT OF MANUFACTURERS in Quebec for the MOST AMOUNT OF DIFFERENT PRODUCTS. You will have BETTER chances finding something there than anywhere else. So here is the thing, I have read a couple of clueless reviews so ill have to clarify few things. An element can be 55$, its not about what you feel should be the cost. I feel that my gaz should be 90 cents per litre but its 1.20 :( , the MANUFACTURER decides the prices, and guess what? even tho we both know it costs them 10 cents to make (without labor), they will sell it at 100-120$ sometimes even more. Look at those: MEE62385201, 5300W1R009A. Car dealerships dont decide prices either. Manufacturers tell them that its 20 000$ per car and they get 15% off, then the dealership deals with the rest. Same thing goes to anything in these industries. As for the lady and the bill. I have to admit that their billing methods are odd but if you look carefully, you will see that you werent charged anything for the 4 parts because its a SPECIAL ORDER, which mean they took a deposit of 50$ there isnt any 10$ fee, thats in your head. Their system Avantage shows 8.70+tax=10$ because thats the minimum deposit for a special order, the clerk manually modified it to 50$ because you ordered Brada parts (i can tell with the numbers) which is a royal pain in the butt to deal with. Because they want to show you what you ordered and your deposit (which most automotive/parts places wont do) they need to show the value of your deposit prior taxes since full payments are always done after taxes. That being said, the bottom of your bill shows 50$ and if you paid the differences, you take your calculator and see if the MSRP prices matches the amount you paid. Also, no one wants to buy a returned part, NO ONE should buy an electrical part/mechanical part that was returned either. Who would anyway? if you want to cosplay a mechanic or an appliance repairman, go at it, but be warned that there is a risk involved and a CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER is what it says, its like a custom tattoo, you cant change your mind or get it back to the artist. Also, anything electric, can catch fire, short circuits, break etc. Would you buy from someone who plugged it in his defect machine but decided to sell it cause it didnt solve his problem? Remember that there is a reason why his part broke in the first place. At last, could you imagine ordering from amazon, not getting what you ordered at all or very late and getting yelled at for not receiving it? Yea i know, that sound dumb. Its ok to make some follow up just to get an update and sometimes, you can even fix some human mistakes by doing so. But remember that the sender is responsible for its orders. A part shop cannot call 5000 people just to reassure them about things they have no control over. I work for Canada post, delays happen if anyone ever ordered.

If I could give them zero, I would. Horrible customer service. They change $150 for a part that was not the problem. Got back my machine still not working. Took it back to them and now the problem is a $30 filter. Asked for an explanation and was told that it was like that and was hung up on 5 times because they couldn’t explain their fees. Got my machine back as I don’t want to give them another chance to steal my money. ?

This place is a ripoff. I bought a piece for my stove at their Laval store that they recommended. It did not fit & when I brought it back they charged me a 20% refund fee. even though they screwed up. The sales guy behind the counter was very rude. take your business somewhere else.

Worst service possible. The Service rep at the Laval store is rude and should never work in service. Excuses after excuses. Service tech doesn't call , doesn't show up. I have never seen such a bad service. They even threatened of cancelling a service call for a repair under warranty. Daniel Bergeron should review the way his company operates.

The worst customer experience ever. Just now a customer service rep interrupted me saying “I don’t have time, I am finished” and hang up. I’m speechless…

I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. They charge a 10$ fee if they don’t have the parts on hand, which they add tax on and never informed me about Ordered parts for a portable AC on June 22nd, told it was a 2-3 weeks delay and they’d call. Never got a call. Did 3 follow ups, some days phone just rang and wasn’t able to get an answer, and I had already paid 50$ ... I finally showed up yesterday July 18th since the phone wouldn’t pick up. Took another 20 min to get parts, be informed of the 10$ fee . Got home the parts don’t even fit together ( I gave the guy the AC model, only needed a tube ) . WORST customer experience ever ! And they make you wait forever in that store and treat you like a total idiot, Plus paid 80$ for a tube n connector that didn’t fit together (see proof ). I went back, Obviously they told me it was my fault for trusting the clerk and I should have verified the part numbers ??!! Total rip off of my money and time

Had a range hood motor replaced. Parts and service cost me $590 only to have the same problem again after 2 weeks. Called the Laval store and the customer service guy told me I'd have to pay for the labor even if they would replace the motor which is under warranty. It would have been cheaper for me to just buy a new range hood. Not to mention that the guy on the phone hung up on me while I was asking follow-up questions and the entire call only took 3 minutes! It's not like I was calling a hospital emergency room and I was keeping the line busy... Do not do business with them, horrible customer service.
