★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience. Demande d'achat avec la pose en sous-sol. Difficile d'avoir une soumission précise (il a fallu s'y prendre a 3 fois). La pose a mal été faite (il manquait de colle et j'ai dû défendre le point que s'il manquait de colle, c'est à cause de la prise de mesure faite par Lemonde qui a mal été faite... il voulait me faire payer la colle supplémentaire) : inégalité sur le nivellement (0,5 millimètre parfois) et manque de colle sous la céramique (sonne creux sous certaine tuile). Sans oublier l’ouvrier qui ne se présente pas le premier jour prévu.. Pour résumé : bon choix de matériaux, service de soumission incompétent, ne prenez pas le service d'installation....
 Bad experience. Purchase request with installation in the basement. Difficult to have a precise submission (it had to be done 3 times). The installation was badly done (it lacked glue and I had to defend the point that if it lacked glue, it is because of the measurement made by Lemonde which was badly done ... he wanted make me pay for the extra glue): unevenness in leveling (0.5 mm sometimes) and lack of glue under the ceramic (sounds hollow under certain tiles). Without forgetting the worker who does not show up on the first day scheduled. To sum up: good choice of materials, incompetent submission service, do not take the installation service ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai bien apprécié mon expérience avec Karine pour le choix de ma céramique. Elle a pris le temps de me montrer plusieurs styles et en aucun moment je me suis sentie pressée. Tout est beau et les prix sont dans la norme. Je me suis sentie entre bonnes mains. J'ai même eu le droit d'apporter quelques échantillons chez moi car j'avais de la difficulté à choisir. Même de nos jours, ils ont plusieurs choix en inventaire. Un beau commerce fiable. Je le recommande!
I really appreciated my experience with Karine for the choice of my ceramics. She took the time to show me several styles and at no time did I feel rushed. Everything is beautiful and the prices are within the norm. I felt in good hands. I even had the right to bring some samples home because I had a hard time choosing. Even nowadays, they have several choices in inventory. A nice reliable business. I recommand it!
