Upon the first contact made by telephone, I was rest assured that they would be providing me with their expert in roof and attic insulation and ventilation. And, they followed through as promised. Patrick Vallières was thorough, polite and professional. His recommendations were clear and well explained not to mention financially reasonable. Another roofing company that did our roof only three years ago is finally addressing the issue all of which is under their guarantee. Patrick's inspection and discoveries helped this process and I and very grateful! I will proceed to work with them to ensure that my attic is well ventilated and healthy for many years to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espace RenoVert Team did a great job, definitely recommend them if you are looking for someone to clean and redo the insulation in your attic .... in my case it was after a raccoon family invasion ! My sales rep Joé was professional and very informative, which makes a huge difference when shopping for the best quote. The 3 fellows who can to do the job worked hard, we’re very polite, and cleaned up nicely once completed. Thanks guys, job well done !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After meeting with Patrick Valliere, he was able to tell us precisely what needs to be done in the roof and the reasons behind, which put us at ease from the issue. At that point, I did not bother listening to the other quotes I sent out. He is professional, experienced and honest. The price was reasonable.
Concerning the work itself, although I forgot to ask the names of the two people who did the works, I must say I am extremely satisfied of the quality of the work and service. Prior to adding the insulation, they took the time to have me take a look all the items listed in the quote to ensure they have been executed properly. Once finalized, they also took the time to clean the place.
I highly recommend!

I discovered mold in my basement bathroom and though I was panicking, they were reassuring, professional, informed and took care of it promptly and at a good price. I will be calling them again for the next job! Very impressed!

The lady on the line, Laurie, was polite and professional and assigned Mathieu to inspect the issue at our house. A few days later, Mathieu came to inspect the attic. He was also professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great customer service at Espace Renovert!

It turned out that upon the inspection with Mathieu my case was extremely minor and he walked me through a detailed process of how to remove it. If ever I have a severe case of mold or a roof to repair I’d definitely call them back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in contact for 3 weeks to get repairs done for my roof. Every week I've been told someone will pass by. This is poor customer service. If they weren't able to keep up with their words they should have advised me earlier.I had to chase them and continuously providing empty promises of someone will pass by. Horrible service. I obviously had an estimate in place hence the reason why i was running after someone for a repair. You should own up for your mistake and make things better for future customers. Don't blame your mistake on your potential customer. Do better!!!
