★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was promised the goods by Monday when I ordered them last Friday. They only called me today to tell me it was ready.. I drive 45 min to go pick it up to bring it back home to my electrician who was waiting at 110$/hr only to see that i paid for 3x 25 meter wires but got 2x25 and 1x20.
The company basically refused to admit it was their fault refusing to give me another type of wire for the same price. I left a message to the director who was supposed tp call me back in 15 min after his meeting (which was at 2:30 pm) only to receive his call at 5:01 pm so that when i call back at 5:10 pm the store is already closed with no way to speak with anyone.
I needed this wire by today which i did not get my wire.
They offered me a reimbursement and that's it. No more than that to accommodate me for their mistake.
I will take the reimbursement and for sure i will never go back or rrfer this company to anyone elsr. Lack of professionalism!!!!
