★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils m'ont laissé mon spa en plein milieu de ma cours quand j'avais demandé de le mettre sur mon deck, je leur est demandé de repasser pour réparer leur erreur et ils m'ont dit qu'ils était déborder et ne pouvais pas passer avant la semaine prochaine. Un coups de fils a leur compétiteur et leur compétiteur était dans ma cours le lendemain . Sa leur a pris 5 minutes mettre le spa sur mon deck, chose qui semblait impossible a faire pour la compagnie transport pélican.... très très déçu de leurs service !!!!!!
They left me my spa in the middle of my class when I asked to put it on my deck, I asked them to come back to fix their mistake and they told me they were overflowing and could not move on before next week. A phone call to their competitor and their competitor was in my class the next day. It took them 5 minutes to put the spa on my deck, something that seemed impossible for the pelican transport company .... very very disappointed with their service !!!!!!

Ils ont embarqué le spa en un rien de temps et malgré j'avais une couverture pour protéger le spa ils se sont assurés de l'envelopper avec une couverture exprès pour cela. Merci encore guys.

Max and Frank especially !! A big thank you. Honest, good customer service and good professionalism. They got the spa on board in no time and despite having a blanket to protect the spa they made sure to wrap it with a blanket just for it. Thanks again guys.
