Les employés étaient sympatiques et serviables mais un des deux ne semblait pas bien connaître les produits et devait constamment se référer à l'autre employé. Il était sans doute nouveau. J'aurais préféré qu'il me le dise, j'aurais eu une autre impression du service rendu. Leur système de paiement semble compliqué pour rien. Il faut signer même si on utilise la carte à puce et même si on entre notre NIP. This branch has just opened. It is so clean and well arranged. The staff were friendly and helpful but one of them did not seem to be familiar with the products and had to constantly refer to the other employee. He was probably new. I would have preferred him to tell me, I would have had another impression of the service rendered. Their payment system seems complicated for nothing. We must sign even if we use the smart card and even if we enter our PIN.

Ils devaient me rappeler pour m'informer sur la possibilité de commander le produit que je voulais mais j'ai jamais eu de retour. Je vais sûrement leur redonner une chance puisque ça semble bien comme endroit. New trade in the sector. I was only once and the lady at the counter could not help me since she did not have the knowledge. They had to call me back to inform me about the possibility of ordering the product I wanted but I never got back. I will surely give them a chance since it looks good as a place.

Manque de service pour une compagnie soit disante professionnelle et etablie... Branch in need of more supervision. No real service ... They don't deliver when they should and on top of that, they don't deliver the right color finish. First time I do business with them through an entrepreneur. I will not be returning.
