After almost 20 years of buying Benjamin Moore paint from the same location, I just had a frustrating experience over $40 worth of paint. For that amount, you have lost a customer, and gained a critic that will always speak negatively about you. A few weeks ago, I ordered paint over the phone as the store was closed. It was a color we had already used, so it was an easy selection. A grey that we used in a washroom, but now the same color on a small wall in the kitchen. I hadn’t looked at the color dab when I picked up the paint. Today I opened up the can to paint and it was clearly the wrong color. I went to the store to explain the problem, and I’m basically being accused of misspeaking. There was a blue that I had used and a grey. The store served me the blue, and it must have been my fault. The arrogance of the clerk was also something I can’t accept. There are many paint stores and manufacturers. I’ll take my business to one that appreciates it.

Its good paint but I am disappointed not to be able to get interior wall oil paint like the good old days. Our cell phones emit more radiation then the oil paint.

Good variety, I seldom go there. You can find stuff that you cannot find in some other places. Good quality stuff! I would go there every time in the future. You should look at what they offer and choose what is best for you! Very nice place and I will go there again in the future, I like that is not far from where I live and it’s not very busy in the week-ends. I’m sure you’ll find it pleasant easy accessible and comforting.

Had a really bad experience at this store. I love BM products, this review is about the service received in store and not about the products. I was given a gallon that did not match a sample I previously purchased from another BM retailer. Mistakes happen, but not owning up to them and trying to convince me that my sample was at fault was unprofessional. I had to go to a third retailer to get the same paint color, and bring all three to this location to show them that the two samples from the two other retailers are exactly the same, and that their gallon was a totally different color. The manager then proceeded to reimburse me, while still maintaining her point that the color she gave me was the right one and that all the other stores were wrong. A simple apology would have sufficed and this would not have been the review I wrote, but being rude and condescending about a mistake THEY did is just unacceptable. Will never be shopping here again.

We have been buying paint from Benjamin Moore since we purchased our home. The first year we spent over 3000$ buying Aura paint for the whole house, because that’s what was recommended to us as the best paint. ( around 90$/gallon) Come to this year we decided to change our basement color. Previously Benjamin Moore OC-65 to simply white. I call, speak to someone there, she tells me absolutely no problem, do a primer coat and 2 coats paint and you’re good. I tell her great, my painter comes with his own primer. She said no problem at all! She didn’t ask me what color was there previous or anything. Here we are, 1 coat of primer and THREE coats of paint. And we had to go buy a 3rd gallon of paint. Now they change their story to say I needed to buy the primer there. But my painter, who paints for a living, uses his primer on every job and he’s never had to do this many coats. Also, at their advice they made me buy “regal” this time because Aura was out of stock. All this to say, that 3Rd gallon should have been offered to us free. After spending thousands of dollars there, after following their advice, we shouldn’t be on four coats of paint + primer. All this is costing me money for the painters TIME, they charge by hour. They were Not even apologetic, literally the blame was on us, that I should have spent more money to buy my primer there. Which the first woman never told Me. So unacceptable, never going back again to any BM and not recommending to anyone we know. Terrible rude employees.

Reordered a previously ordered paint, same color, same product and it doesn't match. Natura was also discontinued this means for any retouching I need to repaint the whole wall again. I'll never ever buy any BM product again. Extremely frustrated.
