★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their communication is so perversely bad, I think they do it on purpose. It's impossible to get an appointment online or by phone.
Update: I had to come personally to get an appointment. They made me wait for an hour and the doctor seemed bothered of my presence. This is literally and by far the worst experience in any health care system I've ever had in any of the 4 countries I've lived in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people have lost my file, they denied making me an appointment with an omnipracticien who had been treating me for 8 months soley because he requested I call in to make my next appointment.
Edit: It came to my intention that my review was seen. I had been in the office since 7 am on Friday June 22nd and at about 2:45pm I was called by one of the receptionists, whom when I was there last was the first person to inform me that my file was missing, accused me of lying and beraided me in front of the rest of the staff and clients. She informed me in a very rude manner that the doctor I had been seeing left the practice. I was never informed by any of the staff nor the doctor that he was leaving, nor that he had already left. I stated that and she stormed off to look for my file. She came back with a folder, claimed it was my file, yelled at me for writing my review and getting her in trouble and then slammed the file down and glared at me. I stated that you do not treat clients like this and I left, all the while she shot nasty looks at me and the staff snickered. Do not go here if you want to be treated well or in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not very lucky to get an appointment. I got one appointment because I went to the clinic. I am trying since 7 weeks to get another appointment. The phone number does not work and nobody responds to any email. I contacted the reception emaill and I was told that no appointment can be taken for my request. (hello customer service > what about to forward the email to the proper department) The osteopath gentleman is great therefore I am trying to get an appointment. I guess, I should look for another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there period. I called them on oct. 18 to reschedule my appointment for yesterday (nov 15). Confirmed twice on the phone with the lady over the phone. I showed up, the receptionist tells me the appointment is for tomorrow. I freaked out. She asked me if I wanted to keep my appointment, I mentioned I will try to look for another therapist for the next day and that if I find nothing I will keep it yes. She made a face with an attitude (what kind of respond is that). It's the kind of respond I have the right to give you because it is what it is after you messed up my appointment. If I could give a 0 to that organization, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to the clinic several times and every time has been a pleasant and informative experience. Doctors were patient and answered all my questions, I never feel rushed. The nurses were notably exceptional, and caring. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do more paperwork than take care of your health. Physiotherapy with Kevin was really bad. He is a great human, kind. But He doesn't even take two minutes to supervise the exercises so you don't hurt. He barely apply hot towels and electrodes. No massage, no ultrasound... six weeks without improvements. I change to another clinic and my knee is wade much better after two weeks! Also, the exercises area is messy, dirty and small.
