★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PLACE EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The optometrist does not know how to talk people. My doctor (neuro-opthomologist) prescribed me a prism of 4.0, mind you he specializes in double vision. The optometrist did a quick double vision test for me and wrote that on my prescription a 1.0. I did already tell her that my Doctor gave me the prism prescription and all I would need is a vision exam. She kept arguing with me that my prescription is not a 4.0. HOW CAN YOU ARGUE WITH SOMEONE THAT DID 12 years of schooling and training that specializes in double vision when all you did was a quick test? Also, for years my vision was a -1.5 on both eyes. I saw a doctor that confirmed that not long ago but didn’t write me a prescription. Her test lasts about 5 mins and she wrote on my prescription-1.25 and -2.00. It might be correct but I doubt it. Her test wasn’t thorough enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! One the ladies working there is an absolute doll & helped me pick my new glasses. Are the frames overpriced? Possibly, but then again I'm someone who only gets a new pair every 5+ yrs, so I suppose the use I get out of them pays for themselves. I did have a MTLARABAIS coupon deal ($10 for $250 off) which they honored and gave me an additional $25 off as well being a new customer & having a budget. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reading this reviews makes me think that people with bad reviews have been in different place not in this clinic .....for I have been seeing this doctor for over six years and the staff is marvelous...any copy of a bill you need you get no problem , prescription no issue ..small reparation usually no cost .....just been with my older members of the family they been served very well left satisfy 110% . So I do not understand the negative reviews at all... Keep up the great work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but it has to be said. I went in for an emergency eye exam, mainly to get a referral to see a specialist. The optometrist was cold, rigid, and condescending. She was openly rude to a staff member in front of customers which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for all. She dismissed everything I told her about my medical history, only to find herself googling my condition and assessing that I was probably right. I don’t expect doctors to know it all, but I do expect they make a slight effort to be thorough without dismissing potentially serious symptoms. If you are a doctor with poor bedside manner, at least make up for it in competence.
If you choose to visit this clinic, please do not forget to advocate for yourself! She clearly doesn’t care and you’re just another number in her case load.
I should add however, that the receptionist was lovely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely will not be returning here. The optometrist is very cold and rude and rushes the exam, I completely agree with the other comments that mention the same thing. She asked me where I bought my frames and when I said that I had bought them somewhere else, she gave me a dirty look. I find her very unprofessional and disrespectful. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the other staff members are very nice...The optometrist should take their example! If you would like to have a better experience, I highly suggest you go elsewhere!
