Elle etait insultante et ne roulait les yeux sans même nous parler. I went to look at wedding dresses and the saleswoman kept looking my nieces and me from head to toe. If I could give zero I would. She was insulting and wouldn't roll her eyes without even talking to us.

La vendeuse a même pleuré avec moi hahaha . Merci beaucoup Perfect service! I came to choose a prom dress with my parents and even with my curves they found me the perfect dress! The saleswoman even cried with me hahaha. Thanks very much
a	ad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belles robes, une des vendeuse est sympathique mais l'autre un peu plus difficile. Je comprends que la différence de culture peut faire en sorte que la communication soit plus difficile mais peu importe nos origines, le respect devrait faire partie du service client. Recevoir des commentaires sur son physique devant d'autres clients je trouve ça vraiment ordinaire comme service à la clientèle. J'ai dû attendre plus d'un mois pour les altérations de ma robe et elle n'était pas prête, en plus je devrais rester là à faire rire de moi devant des personnes que je ne connais pas?...un pauvre client s'est même buté à son caractère pendant mon attente. Décidement elle n'accepte vraiment pas les critiques. La longueur de la robe a été trop raccourci. Sans souliers elle ne touchait même plus le sol. Quand elle a pris les mesures je portais des talons! je n'avais plus envie de dealer avec elle alors j'ai juste pris ma robe et quitté

R	Rania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store for the second time after having visited it last year. They soon remind me with their behaviour why I didn't buy from them last year. It never seizes to amaze me how rude they can be to their clients. A bunch of low-lives at best. No class what so ever, very uneducated bunch of people. And the other reviews on this thread only goes to prove it is a pattern of behaviour and not just a couple of bad days.
D	Dana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there without an appointment to try wedding gowns. The consultant took her time to show me the dresses. She was very patient and caring. I didn't end up buying a dress but I really appreciated their time and kindness.

I've never felt so disgusted and insulted in my life You are not even allowed to look dresses; they only want you to buy them. I went with my friend and I wanted to try a dress (which I did), we were just looking and tried the dress to see if it will look good on me. The seller was ok at the beginning but when she realised that I was not buying the dress today, she started to be rude. I asked her if she could find me the right size but refused to do so since I was not buying the dress... she also tried to take the dress off me and said that I was going to brake the dress... I never felt so insulted in my life. I told the seller that she is not supposed to talk like that to customers but instead of apologizing, she just said that it was her right too and she didn't care about my opinion. I will never return!!!
X	Xuan Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. I visited here and tried dress. The seller helped me pick up the dress and give me a lot of suggestions about the style and size. I really appreciate it. She is really nice and patient, even though I didn’t buy any dress today.
