They made us feel welcome and gave us time to look though their selections and make a decision. Sarah made our experience even better by helping us choose the perfect dress, all within our budget. Thank you to both Sarah and Nadia for a wonderful and memorable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend called other bridal stores and they were so rude and stressed her out so much. We went to see Nadia just two months before the wedding. She was so kind and welcoming. The place has so many choices and we tried on so many different styles till we found the perfect one. They were so patient and caring. So happy we said yes to the dress!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand how this store gets so many good reviews. I had told the sales person the style I wanted and she didn’t really respect the style. Then she asked me my budget to which I replied $2000. She actually snickered at me! After trying on several dresses, I found one that was okay but I wasn’t super excited about it. The salesperson brought Nadia upstairs to apply the pressure tactics. I accept that ultimately it is my decision to buy it not but I was obviously not that excited about the dress and they pressured me into buying it. I immediately regretted it and called the store the same day and begged them to allow me to at least exchange and I even said I would buy a dress of the same price or more. After giving me a bit of a hard time, they agreed to let me exchange it for a fee of $250 plus tax!! That is absolutely ridiculous! I had not even taken the dress out of the bag they gave it to me in. I ended up not going and I sold the dress making all my money back and I went to another amazing store where they did not pressure me at all and paid half the price for a MUCH nicer dress. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT shop here or at least do not let anyone pressure you. Again it is always our decision but it is quite an emotional and vulnerable time in a woman’s life and they know how to play on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing bridal dress shopping experience. The owner Nadia is such a sweet and kind woman, always eager to help and accommodate. Make sure to say hi to her, she knows her store inside-out and will guaranteed find the perfect dress (they must have thousands of dresses or all tastes and budgets!). I will definitely tell my friends this is a must-see store for when they get married.

She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring. I found my wedding dress because she was not afraid to give me judicious advices. Nadia, the owner, was also there to offer her support. She gave me great advice on the style to choose and patiently waited as I tried on the many different option. She also took time to take our measurements for a custom dress (with another dressmaker). Wonderful service, I highly recommend Chateau Nadia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible experience at Chateau de la Mariée Nadia! Given my circumstances, I had to plan my wedding in 5 weeks and so I needed to buy a dress on the spot. I was offered stellar assistance and I was able to buy a dress off the rack. The dress was gorgeous and I could not imagine a more beautiful one for me. They went above and beyond, and managed to finish all the adjustments within 24 hours, since I was only passing through Montreal and needed to head back to Toronto the next evening. They stayed after hours to complete the work on my dress. This truly helped ease some of the stress of the wedding planning. Chateau de la Mariée Nadia has my highest recommendations when it comes to client service, gorgeous dress collection, and exceeding expectations!
