I went in a bit before COVID and my consultant Manon really listened to me with great care and found the perfect dress for me. I didn't think much of it at first when I saw it on the rack but when I put it on I was amazed. I really checked all the boxes for me. Look up their website for ideas in order to make the appointment more productive. The lady doing the adjustments was a real pro and super funny. Take in her advice, it will be worth it. Thanks a lot Oui je le voeux. I really enjoyed my big day with the confidence I made the right choice.
k	kellie ranco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldnt reccommend the vip 100$ service if you want champaign. The 100 included water , cheap gifts and a NON- ALCOHOLIC sparkling apple juice. They do not have a liquor liscence so they dont actually serve any champaign or what they call Mousseux. The private room was cute and with a group it could be fun as theres lots of space and private but just not worth the price. The sales girl was nice and tried her best, however when trying on the dresses that are too big, the dress was not pinned properly so you couldnt get the right feel of how it would look once in the right size/ altered.
J	Jenna Cox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ updated: got my dress a month after the delivery date (two weeks before leaving for wedding), but they were able to squeeze me in for alterations the following day. dress fit beautifully and didn't require any alterations. got so many compliments on it! only complaint would be i had to wait wait 5mins in a snowstorm for to go indoors at the fitting because the door was locked and despite banging on the door and looking at the workers, no one let me in until I called them twice. went in from my appointment, the workers were very nice and friendly the store was not busy at all at the time so I was able to get great care. the style of dress I wanted wasn't that common, but they were still able to give me a lot of options and suggestions. the store carried my favorite designer and I ended up going with one of her pieces! I don't have anything to compare them to, but overall pretty good selection, prices that I expected them to be and just beyond catering and sweet there! I didn't expect to buy my dress that day, and they actually seemed surprised that I wanted to go ahead and order it. they were not at all pushy for any type of dress or for me to buy! would definitely recommend, especially going during the week!
V	Victoria LeClaire-Christie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an uneven experience, we were successful in finding a dress for the bride, but the bridal consultant barely spent any time with us, frequently leaving us to help the bride into and out of the dress. We paid for the VIP service - which, despite claiming to include sparkling wine, we were served juice. The bathroom, bizarrely, did not have a sink, instead leaving a bottle of purell. The bride did find her dress, but I wouldn’t recommend the place. It had very outdated styles at high prices, it was stuffy and not well kept.

I also appreciated that the VIP experience comes with a private room and cute little details like small gifts for your guests. It was a very positive experience, I highly recommend. :)
