★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good selection of dresses but not a lot of sizes. They also have a lot of differents styles and colors. The prices are really high. The cabins are really small and the store is always full of people. I also noticed that you get treated differently if you make a purchase. The employee Soraya is not nice at all and put my friend and I in one cabin. After that, she had the audacity to rush my friend and I to free the cabin to let other clients go. Didn't help us while we were trying the dresses and was looking at us like we didn't belong here(racially motivated) .But in contrary the employee Anais was really nice and courteous. She helped a lot to have the final decision for my friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter saw her dream prom dress on TikTok. Thanks to the hahtag, we contacted the store. Edlina quickly texted back with photos. She even got a girl in the store that was my daughters size to try on the dress for us! We received the dress in less than a week and it is perfect! Perfect size and exactly what she wanted. 5 stars on service and product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. No privacy. Very forcing. Tries to force you to buy a dress and if you don't, they become very disrespectful and mean. Opens up your changing room to "help" you without looking to see if any man is around. Makes you very uncomfortable. There are better places with more options. Don't get fooled by their tiktok account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very wellcoming store. Went there for a prom dress and the selection is amazing. The staff is super nice, very patient, give good advice and really know their stuff. There is a lighted runway to parade with your favorite dresses. Great experience!!

The quality of clothes And the customer service provided is 5 star. Both are hard to find these days. Parcels come to UK in just a few days and I rarely return anything. I always feel excited when I know my parcel is about to be delivered.
