★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sold plants that were not yet acclimated without my knowledge during a plant drop, took numerous times to try to pick up the plants and the condition they were in was not acceptable once I finally picked them up six weeks later. When I tried to get an opinion on a plant group on what I should do, my messages were flooded with others who said “did these plants come from Miss Boon because the same thing happened to me”. Based on that I reached out (very politely) and asked if something could be done and she acted as though the plants were acclimated (I have it in writing that they were not) and then never replied again.
By far the worst plants and service I’ve ever received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped at their store yesterday to buy a big, beautiful white star calathea that I had noticed on a walk the night before.
The price was very reasonable for the size, and it is a less common plant.
However, when I flipped a leaf over it was absolutely infested with spider mites. This is a well-known issue to watch for and take preventative measures against when it comes to this type of plant so I'm disappointed at the lack of care.
They should be checking their plants more and isolating infested plants like these! Its not a huge store and there aren't that many plants, a check every couple days over each plant shouldn't be difficult. That infestation had clearly been there a while.
A good plant store that touts itself as being for collectors should not sell plants that could wipe out a customer's collection, and should check these things. I left right away.
Besides that the employee was nice, the virgin kombucha-based mojito sample was tasty and the terrace looked very nice. But I would likely not buy a plant from there.

Quan, who delivered the plants was super professional and friendly. What I love the most is that she makes rarer plants accessible to everyone. Definitely recommend buying plants here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this cute little boutique while taking a stroll in the neighborhood. They have beautiful plants, lovely (and inclusive!) pots and cute little decor accessories. And the service is just.. wow! The woman was so friendly. She gave us lots of tips and info even for plants we didn't get there. I will definitely be going back for all things plant related and to try out their snacks and beverages.
