Don’t make the same mistake i did.
Go get service from ppl who care. Go elsewhere so you dont have to witness ppl getting bad service. Pressure sales tactics at it’s finest.
 Horrible service, customer service will make you angry. Go at your risk. Karma is a $ & @ # ?! Everything seems normal at first. The rest will disappoint you! Thieves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pire expérience de ma vie chez un optométriste, j'ai appelé pour prendre RDV, on m'en propose un, j'y vais.. une fois sur les lieux on me dit, non vous n'avez pas de RDV pour un examen c juste pr essayer les lunettes....!!!! le personnel est condéscendant , aucun sens du relationnel, service à la clientèle 0... Je ne remettrai jamais les pieds là-bas.
The worst experience of my life with an optometrist, I called to make an appointment, I am offered one, I go .. once there, I am told, no you do not have an appointment for one. exam c just pr try on the glasses .... !!!! the staff is condescending, no interpersonal skills, 0 customer service ... I will never set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the store a few days ago and the dr or owner said yes, I asked if i could check out some frames he replied come back later. Did not say we are busy come back in an hour did not even try to help , i asked when to come back he said " i do not know we close at 6". At least try to put in some effort if you want new clients.
