They were honest, caring and very respectful. I felt like their concern was my comfort and satisfaction, and not in making a quick sale. I felt like there most valued customer, even though I just walked off the street. In a word, Wow!

C	Chris Morris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have a good experience here. I felt like there was a constant sales pitch to get me to spend lots of money. I felt pressure to immediately book an expensive dry eye treatment, and when I asked about trying contact lenses, I was surprised that it was suggested I pay for trial pairs.. I know contact lens companies give free trial pairs to opticians so clients can try them out before they buy.. To me, they told me I had buy a package of at least 30 pairs to try one out.. Also was told I needed blue light filter glasses, which has no proven benefit according to the American Academy of Ophthalmology and other governing bodies.. Following all this, I got a second exam/opinion from a reputable optical business who gave a considerably different assessment of my needs. In fact, the second opinion based on the same tests was that my current prescription was only slightly off and I didn't need to buy multiple pairs of new glasses. I'm not an optometrist/optician, but you have to wonder when one company suggests a big list of new things you have to buy, and another optometrist/optician suggests the opposite.. Just beware.

She was super sweet, great energy, seems to absolutely love the work she does and most importantly gave me a perfect prescription that my previous optometrist messed up. Christelle was also very sweet and helpful with helping me choose great frames. Only con is, like other reviews, the initial rep does try to push other services. But, I would still highly recommend this business based on my experience with Dr. Cardin and Christelle.

I was experiencing pretty severe dry eye and scratchiness due to skin issues around my eyes, plus fatigue when reading small things, even though I knew my vision was OK. They had seen my partner prior for his glasses but this was my first time going in myself. The vision exam was super well explained every step of the way (slow, clear and patient French/Frenglish for me, an anglophone), and the whole team was really kind, professional, and helpful. I never felt pressured making decisions, and they weren't afraid to tell me about things I didn't need for the glasses, given my lifestyle—so they won't try to upsell you here. I loved how they taught me the skin issues actually DID have an impact on my eyes and can't wait to go back and tell my dermatologist about it. They show you the images and data from your exam, explaining what they mean very thoroughly, if you'll hear it. It was super enjoyable to learn about this part of my body that's so easily taken for granted. I also learned the glasses frames themselves are curated from reputable makers in Europe instead of your typical Raybans/Prada/etc. you'll see in many shops, and that the glasses themselves were made in Montreal, so by going here you're also supporting local, small business. It can be a bit pricey, but the quality is top notch. Thanks to the whole team who helped me today—Dr. Cardin, Guillaume, Cassandra, France. I really could not have asked for a more fun and caring experience.
