Professionnelle, respectueuse, patiente; elle connait bien ce qu'elle a en magasin et sait écouter les besoins du client. Je la recommande chaudement! The optometrist who helped me choose my frame is excellent at his job. Professional, respectful, patient; she knows what she has in store and knows how to listen to the customer's needs. I highly recommend her!

Offrir au moins un soir en semaine ferait une grande différence, et permettrait aussi au personnel de conserver une qualité de vie. Good service, nice place. However, I don't know if I will go back because of the unaccommodating schedule. Offering at least one evening during the week would make a big difference, and would also allow staff to maintain a quality of life.

Je trouve qu'avoir deux paires de lunettes à la vue et solaire est quand meme très dispendieux. Je n'ai pas été chez un autre opticien pour comparer cela dit Mais j'aime que ce soit une entreprise familiale qui s'occupe bien de ses clients.

I was looking to try some lenses and had a few questions to compare prices and brands but it really doesn't give me the trust to buy there. When u told the lady on the phone what she just told you she's like no I didn't say that, I said this and this. I only was there once with a friend and staff look pretty young and unexperience anyway that's only my humble opinion. I better go to Costco better prices. They offer u if u want to try for free some lenses and they don't charge u for the test is free 2!

C	Cyber Flow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of eye glasses and did an exam The glasses ended up giving me migraines everytime i used them I know it occurs sometimes and that our eyes need to adapt but this time after 6 weeks i had enough and start wearing my old glasses unfortunatly It was the first time i went to a different place than my usual doctor who follows me since i'm a kid Ended up going back to my old doctor too And once i passed by again to the store with a friend and shared my story and they offered to redo the lenses but it gived the same result Never understood what happened there if it was the eye distance measurements or whatever Just be cautious folks ! It's not a small purchase !

I was overdue for an eye exam and Dre Sylvie Larouche very efficient, pleasant, and understanding of my Franglais. My appointment was on time and I was in and out in less than hour. Not sure how the price compares to other eye exams but I would recommend based on my experience today.
