★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! The glasses they gave me were a totally wrong prescription (gave me a - prescription when I really have a +). Denied that they had made a mistake and refused to give me a refund. Very rude and dismissive and kept accusing me of not understanding. Spoke down to me and were very short. Very terrible service— will not be going here again. $300 down the drain!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the first time 3-4 years ago, found them to be very friendly and best price in town. Now, I just don't bother going anywhere else. Good price for the eye exam, Dr. Boroday was fantastic, sales people very knowledgeable and patient, and pleasant experience. I won't bother shopping around anymore, I just go here and I'm done!

Their customer service is second to none and there stock is unmatched on the island. From my young daughters getting their first pair of glasses to my Wife who is an eyewear veteran, we all came away happy, the staff’s ease and honest comfort made this family outing and expenditure simple and painless.. we would highly recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing experience shopping for progressive glasses here. The person who served me, a gentleman, was exceptionally well informed, helpful and really knew his stuff. The staff was very kind and the whole team was involved in helping me find the pair of glasses that suited me most. The result is stunning. It has been three weeks and I still get compliments from friends and family. The quality of the lenses are great. The Dr who did my eye exam, Dr. Dao, was really patient and explained everything during the exam. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
