Horrible service, It took 2 months for me to receive my tempered glass order. I had to call them many time (~7-8 times) asking what happened to my order. Every time they said the owner is not here, or there was something wrong! Will never order from them again.

Worst service experience ever. We got a lot of attitude, and when we asked questions about their products the guy told us to go to the website of their provider and figure it out ourselves... so we went to Vitrerie Raymond in St Henri where they helped us to find the right product - such a contrast !

I received poor customer service. There where multiple follow ups, wasted time to see what was needed and no apparent solution. We had already paid an amount and I asked today for a refund. I will go with someone else.

The first thing I noticed is the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. The job is done quickly, carefully and with quality. I highly recommend Vitrerie Tourangeau for any sort of glass installations. Extremely satisfied with their work!

After several unsuccesful calls to other vitreries, I called them. In a brief call i got all the information I had been struggling to get and two days later my problem was solved at a reasonable price. They were very professional and I was happy with the outcome. I don’t generally write reviews unless the service is stellar. They won my business. I will recommend them and come back next time I need their help.

Back in early September I contacted this company on behalf of my Condo Association board, to acquire their services in repairing several unit windows. The earliest appointment they gave me was Thursday October 8th. So be it. The company said it would cost 103.00 to come and assess the repairs. Again, fine, they charged us. As the scheduled date approached I heard nothing from the company. I ended up calling them on October 7th, to confirm their appointment. The technician (pleasant person) came on time performed his assessment as well as noted my specifications for the quote. He told me he would give the information to the person creating the quote then I would receive it by email. A couple weeks go by and NO quote. I ended up calling them to hear some song and dance and that the quote was being finalized and I was to receive later in the day. Still, no quote. I finally received the following week. I could not believe what I was reviewing. No part numbers or unit prices for the parts. Nothing except estimates per unit of 100.00 plus cost of material (what material they did not mention) Along with the labor estimates which I began questioning because the Technician who came told me that all the repairs would be easy to do and wouldn't take hours to do. When I called to get clarification and change some wording which would confuse some owners, I was met with attitude. I then asked to speak to the person who created the company, but she was always busy. This company needs to remember customers keep their business going, so have some patience and drop the attitude. Recently I tried to acquire the part numbers and speak to anyone really about the quote and experience. BUT again, the person is busy and will call you back (with attitude). No one called back. Then I called and was literally hung up several times. How insulting. So if you need window repairs, please shop around, there must be a competent and respectful supplier out there.

Great place! I’ve come here repeatedly for all my glass needs. The prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this business.
