Sûr que mets prochaine réparation ou autres vont être fait par eux. Really nice people, they took the time to give me advice. Besides, they could very well have come and charged me for that. No, they preferred to help me! Sure that the next repair or other will be done by them.

L'homme au comptoir était poli et accueillant malgré le stress visible, et inspirait la confiance et un certain professionnalisme (une sensation de : il connait ces affaires). La coupe pour la vitre que j'emmenais est d'un bon prix (6$). Par contre, la finition pourrait être meilleure. Cela paraît et jure avec les 3 autres cotés lisses ; une chance que c'était une vitre pour une table basse. Il ferme tôt, 17h, contrairement aux commerces autour, surtout pour le seul vitrier du coin. The waiting time before having service and placing his order was a bit long, a good big 15 minutes minimum, to wait without Hello, without looking up. The man at the counter was polite and welcoming despite the visible stress, and instilled confidence and a certain professionalism (a feeling of: he knows these things). The glass cup I was taking is a good price ($ 6). On the other hand, the finish could be better. It seems and swears with the other 3 smooth sides; lucky it was glass for a coffee table. It closes early, 5 p.m., unlike the shops around, especially for the only glazier in the area.

Incroyable de voir ça et aussi d’être traité de la sorte ! Magasin de Vitrerie mais l’accueil et les vitres du magasin ainsi que les échantillons ; tout est sale et poussiéreux ! Merci à vous de croire que vous n’avez pas besoin de plus de clients et de nous faire sentir idiot par nos demandes ! Worst service, I believe in encouraging businesses in my neighborhood but with service like this it's sad to see that even though we're willing to pay more, well the staff seem to be bothered by our requests and make us feel bad too much ! Incredible to see that and also to be treated like this! Glass shop but the reception and the windows of the store as well as the samples; everything is dirty and dusty! Thank you for believing that you don't need more customers and for making us feel stupid by our demands!

Olympia replaced the lost window gasket and screws. The whole repair took 15 minutes. It's in a pretty seedy part of town. Plenty of crackhouses around.there.
