On me rappelle finalement pour me dire d'aller voir ailleurs. Belle perte de temps! Very bad service. 1st date: the person does not even show up and I have to call back myself to be told that he will not be able to come. 2nd appointment: the technician said he had introduced himself, but did not even bother to knock. They finally call me back to tell me to look elsewhere. Nice waste of time!

La personne ne s'est pas présentée au rendez-vous fixé le matin même, et ne m'a jamais avisée malgré qu'elle ait toutes mes coordonnées. Je relance le bureau 2 fois qui me donne mille excuses et aucune solution à part me répéter qu'il ne peut pas venir même si il y a eu un rendez-vous pris. J'ai poireauté pour rien et on reste avec notre vitre cassée. On m'a au final dit d'appeler ailleurs. wow, quel service! Terrible service. The person did not show up for the appointment that morning, and never informed me despite having all my contact information. I restart the office 2 times who gives me a thousand excuses and no solution except to repeat that he can not come even if there was an appointment. I have poireauté for nothing and we stay with our broken glass. I was finally told to call elsewhere. wow, what a service!

J’ai demandé une soumission par la web et ils m’ont appelé et conseillé car j’avais aucune idée de comment commander un étager pour mon frigo. Quand les mesures du produit étaient pas les bonnes, ils l’ont remplacé immédiatement. Très bon service! Great little glazing in Hochelaga. I requested a quote over the web and they called and advised me as I had no idea how to order a shelf for my fridge. When the measurements of the product were wrong, they replaced it immediately. Very good service!

Had to call many times and when the owner showed up, he didn’t really pay much attention. The delivery was also unpleasant, I had to call many times to schedule a visit. When they showed up for the measurements or the installation, it was always a few hours late. The end product is the most disappointing. The measurements weren’t done properly so they had to cut the mirror twice. The final installation was done very poorly as well.
