Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, great product selection. Can be a little busy at times but overall a friendly, pleasant place to shop for pet food and supplies.

Super friendly staff! They have really good prices and lots of variety. You have a profile through their store that keeps track of what you buy. If you buy enough, you get discounts. Very clean store too.

While this is a great pet store I would not recommend their pet groomer. I've brought my dog in for the second time and am even less happy than the first. The first time we brought him she said he had fleas, which while unlikely because our other dog didn't have any and they sleep next to one another and we check them both OFTEN, it is of course possible. She charged us more than double for the flea shampoo, which was of course useless because we had to get the drop treatment anyways. But the dog looked decent and he didn't have any rashes (we've had terrible experiences elsewhere) so I brought him back. The second time she lectures me again about how last time he had fleas, as if it's a sign of major neglect on my part and I know nothing about animal care. So much so I don't think she's listening to what I say I want him to look like and when I pick him up he's next to bald with weird square ears, like a bob. She asks me if I'm happy and I politely tell her next time I would like his face to be longer and just trimmed and she lectures me about how he had a knot and how to brush my dog. Seriously. If she didn't want to take the knot out she could have just left it there and I would have brushed it out myself rather than him have a bald face. I would much rather bring him somewhere the groomer listens to what I would like rather than spending the entire time lecturing me on how best to care for my dog. oh ALSO, after waiting an extra 20 minutes she asked me to come in and help her hold him, he was totally amped up and uncontrollable, not at all how I left him and she was calling him some totally made up name in a high pitched voice over and over again. Why is it so hard to find a reasonable pet groomer? On the plus side the price is fair, and he'll grow out of his ridiculous bob...eventually.

Friendly staff, super selection. I go there for the feline grain free kibble and grain free canned. I like that they give you points on your purchases, and when I reach my 12th bag of a specific brand of kibble, (GO!) they tell me, "this one is free". Cool! (because I don't keep count) In the end, I would recommend this place for people who care about what they are feeding their companion animals.

Fantastic place if you know what you are only buying pet supplies and you know what you need. Not recommended if you need any advice about your animals - the staff is not incredibly knowledgeable or helpful. Used to buy fish there because they have a large selection but the last group I bought came with an infection that wiped out my tank.

I bought 4 rats from a breeder that the pet store is in contact with and 3/4 had respiratory issues within the first week of me having them. I made sure I got a big cage for the rats, i bought the bedding they recommended and made sure i dusted around the cage. 3 of the rats died before making it to the vet. The experience tore me apart. Please contact your breeder.

Cute boutique with lots of good pet products. I love the cat selection, they carry Boreal brand food that my cat loves. Also fish stuff and live fish, dog stuff, and small animal stuff.

Owner and Staff....Super nice!! I'm a first time cat mama...and I was guided to buy the essentials. The service was excellent. I find this Quaint store has a neighborhood charm...which i enjoy.
