This place used to be 5 stars but now all the terrariums are cramped full of cohabbed animals that should be solitary, with dirty environments, water bowls filled with substrate and feces, and pushy staff who think it's OK to cohabitate reptiles. I will unfortunately be finding a new source for my feeders. Perhaps if you don't have the space to give all the solitary animals they're own vivs, you shouldn't keep acquiring them and cramming them into the tightest space you can...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is small but cozy. The staff we spoke to was very helpful and quiet knowledgeable. A good variation of lizards, snakes, frogs, and dragons. Prices seemed reasonable. The only thing that I was disappointed about no books on how to... but all in all great place. Thanks for your advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the fact they introduce each employee on a board as soon as you walk in, it's a very family oriented place. They try their best to help everyone in a organized order but sadly their store is a little too small for how much stuff they have. It would definitely benefit them to expand. Besides that, you can find litterally ALL of your reptile needs in montreal here. Friendly staff and so much product. But once again if you don't like tight spaces I would try to go at night before closing when you'll be three people in store not including staff.. my wife is claustrophobic so that was an adventure and a half just keeping her calm haha..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely nice small store for everything related to lizards, you will find pretty much anything you need for a cheaper price than anywhere else. There's lots of animals to chose from and it looks like they're all treated super well! The staff is super helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ animals mistreated and underfed. employees have good level of knowledge, they just don't seem to care. they will treat you like you're wasting their time despite being a customer about to buy an expensive animal. they feed baby snakes once a week which is half as often as they need, "because it's easier to keep track if they feed everything at the same time". i saw employees manhandle the animals and shake and slam their tiny enclosure on tables when moving them and putting them down. they will refuse to tell you where the animals come from / are bred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel so lucky to have been recommended to contact Magazoo when I found a tropical frog that had stowed away on a tropical plant! The staff has been so helpful and knowledgable and kind. They took Harvey the frog into their care and set him up with a gorgeous tank. I feel very lucky that the staff are kind enough to help people and animals! ❤️? I hope Harvey finds a safe home ?.
