★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if all these reviews are warranted. I've gotten two pairs of glasses here, both times were fine. Earlier this evening I received very fast, courteous service from the employees, who even made sure we received all available deals. They were patient and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidentally gave a bad review to this branch but it was a mistake on my part. I meant to give that bad review to the Jean talón branch, I had a horrible experience there. But this branch is actually really good, the clerk was super helpful and took the time to show me lots of frames and I ended up ordering my new glasses there. I would totally recommend this branch.

I was told – after taking a half step inside the store to ask a question about prescriptions ($100 by the way, for an examination for eyeglass prescriptions) – that customers could not even look at the frames without an appointment. Um, why have a shop if you basically tell prospective customers to get lost? Confusing. Receptionist seems to think customers are a pain.

They then told me after giving me the wrong box for the 4th month that they would only make me pay half price for my next box. 4 times this place has messed up. I will never go there again. Disgusting service with no respect. Staff don't speak English and tried to charge me twice until I showed him the banking app and told the punk I will not pay again. Learn your dam job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend that store. Every time I had to go, the employees were unfriendly and in general provided very bad customer service. Seems like the employees rather sit their time off than provide a little bit of help and service.
I recommend going to another store where customers are treated at least a little welcoming.

I bought my glasses and they took more than one week, and they have excuses for everything, COVID-19 time, I would love to know latter what they would be their excuses. Please ready the reviews before you buy your glasses at New Look chain. It can be your worst decision
