Agents take a long time to help customers. It seems that your are signing a mortgage for your home or something like this. Two agents last 24.08.18 took almost 2hours to finalize my fido plan. I ll never come back to this store and thinking about cancel my fido line.

Appalling customer service, this is the first time in my life i have been annoyed enough to leave a review about something. Tried to open an account, the female employee there was heading home soon (who i assume is named Peaches as her customer service was horrendous and it's a very small store) decided to tell me that my ID wasn't sufficient, after 15 minutes debating it i left. Called corporate and was told she was wrong, went to another Fido store and opened an account no problems at all. How Fido allows someone like this to work for them is beyond me.

The person who worked there didn't wear a mask, and only agreed to out one on because I was going to leave otherwise. He then neglected my issue with my phone, telling me it was "normal for my battery to drain a few percents while not using it". I explained that the battery loss was significant, and still he was reluctant to take my issue seriously, then eventually gave me a number for my phone models company.

-0 start -- Terrible customer service from this store today, August 20, 2021. The woman overcharged us the activation fee for a Chatr account. I called Chatr to ask if the service fee was correct, and they told me that they should have charged us $10 instead of $45 for a new Chatr account - We just bought a sim card, no phone. Chatr asked us to return to the store and ask for a refund, and the lady there did not want to do anything - we asked her to call Chatr, and she did not want to. I wanted to work with a local shop instead of going to a mall, but I should not have done it. What a shame - People like her should not be in customer services.
