★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store yesterday, and received treatment which would be deemed unworthy of anyone, let alone a Customer. I found a receipt whilst cleaning papers in my office, for some suitcases I had dropped off earler in the year. I realised that the goods were not guaranteed after thirty days, but thought it worth checking nonetheless. So I went to the store, with $100 in hand and offered her the receipt. I was ready to hear that the items were no longer there, which I was ready to accept. But in this case, the woman, (apparently the wife of the owner), would not even give me the time of day when I told her the items were dropped off in April, and proceeded to take the receipt I had handed her and tear it up into MANY pieces as I stood in front of her. Again, one shouldn't display this sort af action to ANYONE, let alone a customer. Martin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to cuir Charland recently to get my coat fixed and honestly received the best service ever!!!! First, their service is impeccable as they greet you and welcome you and listen to every need you have. Not to mention the prices!! They were 50% cheaper than any competing similar store. I'm definetly going back and reffering all my family and friends!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE service, must avoid. Brought my motorcycle leather jacket to get some scratches painted and turned out that they attempted to "repair" the zipper, God knows why! This is a performance motorcycle jacket with thick leather and special thread and stitches that they entirely messed up and they wouldn't be responsible for it. Other places charge me at least 150$ to repair what they did. They woman who attempted the repair wouldn't even speak English and used that as an excuse to avoid the situation, the man who received my jacket turned out to know just enough English to initially receive my jacket with open arms and later demand that I paid for the painting of the scratches but, coincidentally, not for anything else.
