★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve officially found my favourite thread shop in the city! Visited for the first time today and was immediately impressed with the selection of material in store, and with how lovely and helpful the staff were! They took the time to explain which projects and materials would be great for an entry into crochet, and also offered an invitation to one of their upcoming tutorial classes which will be fequently happening leading up to the winter holidays.
One of the staff also noticed I was struggling with a button on my shirt when I arrived, and offered a safety pin from the depths of one of the drawers; above and beyond service!
I will certainly be recommending this store to others, and I’m excited for my next visit. Thank you for the great experience, à bientôt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wandered in to take a look with no intention, no plans, and left with enough yarn to make 2 pairs of socks. Each skein here is of really high quality and if you want to make clothing, this is the place to go (though Michael's will always hold a special place in my heart). The staff are very kind and knowledgeable about their products and it was a joy to interact with them. I'm looking forward to planning my next sweater here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the midst of a pandemic when everything feels hard and complicated, it made my week to order beautiful yarn so easily. They confirmed by phone the skeins were from the same dye lot. Immediately after ordering for pickup, I had an email asking if I wanted the skeins wound for me. I’m so happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place until my sister and I came in with a pattern and got sold 150$ worth of yarn upon the employee advice that turned out to be too small for the project. Despite being good customers and having bought the yarn they told us would work, they would not take the yarn back. It made me very disappointed and I'm now shopping for my yarn elsewhere :(

They have a great selection of stuff, with really fun colours (I'm obsessed with bright mohair) and there's a bunch of lovely stuff on sale right now. The owner is so generous and the staff are always incredibly helpful with advice and mathematical calculations so I get the right amount for my project (I'm lazy about my test swatches). Such a fun place to shop <3
