★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me suis fait servie ce matin par une caissière arrogante, je lui ai demandé deux chocolatines elle me remet un croissant !! Elle voulait juste se débarasser de moi et a commencer à rigoler avec l'autre caissière d'un air moquant. C'est La première fois que je remets mes pieds là-bas mais aussi la dernière fois à cause de ce mauvais service. Je préfère de loin celui de Montréal . Revoyez votre service à la clientèle. C'est votre image !!On est en 2019!!
I was served this morning by an arrogant cashier, I asked her for two chocolatines she gives me a croissant!! She just wanted to get rid of me and started laughing with the other cashier mockingly. It's the first time I set foot there but also the last time because of this bad service. I much prefer the Montreal one. Review your customer service. It's your image!! It's 2019!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vais au Café Dépôt tous les jours pour prendre mon café ou mon diner et je n'aie vraiment rien de mal à dire. Les repas sont santé, les breuvages sont bons et les serveuses font leur job rapidement, efficacement et toujours avec un grand sourire. Le propriétaire est sympathique et il ajoute souvent de la nouveauté et de la variété dans son menu comme par exemple l'hiver il y a des breuvages thématiques de Noël et l'été il y a différents thé glacé et smoothies. L'endroit est propre et très populaire dans l'établissement.
I go to Cafe Depot every day to have my coffee or dinner and I really have nothing bad to say. The meals are healthy, the beverages are good and the waitresses do their job quickly, efficiently and always with a big smile. The owner is friendly and he often adds newness and variety in his menu, for example in the winter there are thematic drinks of Christmas and in the summer there are various iced tea and smoothies. The place is clean and very popular in the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai commander sur uber eat, la première fois il annule ma commande car ils n’ont plus de croissants. C’est des choses qui arrivent c’est pas grave je repasse ma commande sans le croissant et il l’annule encore car ils ont plus le sandwich au thon. Bon ok je change la commande pour un bagel au saumon, et sans faire exprès j’en ajoute 2. Voyant mon erreur j’essaie de les appeler pour qu’il annule un des deux bagels mais le numéro est hors service?? alors je paye 35$ pour tout ça et au final c’est même pas le bagel qui à sur l’image…. Un gros bagel brun dont je sais même pas il est à quoi

I ordered on uber eat, the first time he canceled my order because they had no more croissants. It's things that happen, it's okay, I put my order again without the croissant and he cancels it again because they no longer have the tuna sandwich. Well ok I change the order for a salmon bagel, and without doing it on purpose I add 2. Seeing my mistake I try to call them to cancel one of the two bagels but the number is out of service ?? so I pay $35 for all that and in the end it's not even the bagel that's in the picture…. A big brown bagel that I don't even know what it's for

Good coffee, little food because of the COVID… but the young man spoke little (not at all) French…. Example: I ask for a glass of iced water, he points me to the sugar…
