★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole time I was in the store I was being screamed at by animal rights protestors on the sidewalk. The staff just left the front doors open and didn't do anything.
I don't even usually leave reviews but this experience was so awful I want to warn people. Don't shop here unless you want to be screamed at while the employees just stand around and watch.

Edit: also they refuse to answer the phone after I spoke to customer service who told me the price match request is valid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service especially from Joseph the sales associate. He was extremely helpful when helping me choose a jacket. I was very indecisive and struggling to find the perfect jacket for spring. However, he was super patient and gave me great advice! Thank you Joseph, I will defiantly come back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last weekend I tried to go to this store but there was a fur protest outside. The doors were open but were blocked by belligerent and aggressive demonstrators. I couldn't even get inside. The sad part was the staff saw me standing there waving at them and they just shrugged at me. Terrible way to conduct business. I will shop elsewhere. I don't want to spend my money at a fur retailer anyway, its cruel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in thinking they followed the tracks of their competitors. It's 2021 after all. They advertise that their leather comes from lambs like its a good thing and they still use real fur. I don't get why people pay so much to wear somebody else's skin. I can get warmer coats for a fraction of the price, with much less pain involved.
